Terry Wayne "Crip Milligan was born to the parents of Shirley Milligan and L.C. Bailey on December 12, 1960. He peacefully took his rest on September 17, 2022. Terry accepted Christ at an early age, and became well-known for his voice as a soloist. Terry became a member of disciples, outreach ministry under the leadership of Pastor Bishop Thelma Pearl and Assistant Pastor Bishop Michael Pearl Sr. Until his passing. Terry was very outgoing, and he never let his disability limit him to what he could do to name a few car detailing, landscaping, and changing tires. And to top it off, he could out ride any athlete in a marathon on his bike. Terry we are truly be missed for his love, generosity, compassion, his charm, and even his grouchiness. Crip leaves us with so many memories that we can cherish forever.

his three sisters Linda Bailey( Clifton) Hornsby, Rita Guerin, and Sherlonda(Marlon) Rogers of Baton Rouge, La four Brothers Melvin Milligan Jr. Cedric Milligan, Gerald, Washington Sr. of Baton Rouge. Louisiana, and James L Bailey of Bradenton, Florida. Of Those Siblings 35 Nieces and nephews. Two special nieces Jiahvonni (JiJi) and Jianni Singleton of Baton Rouge La. Two Close Buddies Minnie Moe(Oscar) and Eddie Bo. Also of Baton Rouge La. A host of other great, great, great nieces, and nephews and other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father two sisters,two brothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles cousins and two sister-in-law's.
