He was born in Central, Louisiana on November 27, 1935 to the union of Eddie Sr. and Lubertha Dunn Chambers. Sylvester leaves to cherish his memories: Daughters Jacqulyn Murdaugh of Covington, Ga, Rita (David) Fergurson, Janice McKneely, Annette Walker all of Baton Rouge, La., Chevelle Harden of Denton, Tx; Sons William (Mary) Chambers of Baton Rouge, La; Sylvester (Lorna) Chambers Jr. of Tulsa, Ok; Joseph (Cheryl) Chambers of New Orleans, La.; Julian (Nicole) Chambers of Lake Charles, La; Ronnie (Deidra) Chambers of Covington, Ga.; two brothers in laws Richard Thomas of Hammond, La. And Burnell Thomas of Milwaukie, Wi; one sister in law Joyce Chambers of Baton Rouge, La; 36 Grandchildren, 140 Great Grandchildren, 14 Great-Great Grandchildren and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Relatives, Church family and Friends.
