On July 26, 1990, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana the late Josephine Smith and David Knox welcomed their second born fraternal twin Keiwan Autun Knox into the world.  Keiwan fellowshipped at In Jesus Name Refuge Ministry in Baton Rouge, Louisiana under Elder Jessie and Pastor Johnnie Mae London.  He was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Keiwan departed this earthly realm on Friday, October 8, 2021.

Keiwan was an inspiring rapper "Da Outter Space Kid" and worked in the food and service industry, lawn care business, and other odd end jobs.  He was a humble spirit, hard worker, and loved his family.

Keiwan leaves to cherish his memories a son, Keiwan Sylvan, and a honorary daughter, Sierra Sylvan of Baton Rouge, LA; his father, David Knox of Baton Rouge, LA; four sisters Candy Smith of Denham Springs, LA; LaTiffany (Jeremy) London of Wakefield, LA; Teiwan (Hosea) Curry of Rosharon, TX, and Diamonic  (Wyleek) Echols of Newark, New Jersey; eight nieces, five nephews, a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.  Keiwan was preceded in death by his mother Josephine Smith; maternal grandparents Buford and Earline Smith Sr. of Baton Rouge, LA; and paternal grandmother Mary Lee Johnson of Baton Rouge, LA
