Genell Netter 'Minnie', a loving mother, sister, aunt, and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, died unexpectedly on January 28, 2022, at the age of 64. Genell is survived by her daughter (Charnita Alexander); her grandchildren (Xavier and Kiyamet Willis), her sisters (Theresa Ann Ray and Vernol 'Marie' Johnson); her brothers (Darrell Netter, Joseph Netter, and Wilbert Netter); and a host of nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father (Moses Netter); her mother (Lillie Mae Netter); and Brother (Roosevelt Netter).
