Ethel Mae Mack was born in Roanoke, Louisiana, on August 17, 1931, to her loving parents, Beatrice Greene Mack and James Mack.

She departed this life on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home, in Baton Rouge, LA at 94 years of age.

Ethel, affectionately known as Pat, graduated from W.O. Boston High School in Lake Charles, Louisiana, in 1950 and later continued her education at McNeese State University. During her school years, she enjoyed participating in sports such as basketball, swimming and gymnastics.

She dedicated her life to Jehovah God and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on March 17, 1973. For 52 years, she faithfully served Jehovah with unwavering devotion. Her greatest joys in life came from her service to Jehovah and from her role as a loving mother, grandmother, and great -grandmother-titles she cherished deeply.

She is loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her surviving children: daughters Carla Ramsey, Sybil (Albert) Smith, and Joan (Percy) Sanders; and sons Ricky (Viola) Ramsey, Mitchell Ramsey, and Bruce Ramsey. She is also cherished by her 17 grandchildren, 28 great - grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson, along with many nieces, nephews, great -nieces, great - nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Beatrice Greene Mack and James Mack: her sons Harold Ramsey and Eddie Ramsey; all seven of her siblings brothers Wilbur, Wilfred, and Daniel Mack, and sisters Rilma Fontenot, Hazel Antoine, Leola Vincent, and Aria Mack; and grandchildren Carlis, Morgan & joseph.
