On Monday March 24th, 2025, Dore transitioned from his Earthly home at 7:15am. Dore was born on October 23rd, 1939 to the union of Isiah and Phyllis Profit. For many years, he attended Kingdom hall and studied with the Jehovah's Witnesses.

On September 23rd, 1962, He married the love of his life and best friend, Lucille J Profet. 9 children were born within their union. Robert (Rockhead), Dewey (Shema), Sheila (Dalton) Stephanie "Sylvie" (Sylvester), James (Vanessa), Debra, Grace, Elcy Haynes (Jeff) and Dorell (Patrick).

Dore leaves to cherish seven children, four brother in laws; Lawrence Johnson, Robert Covington, (Patsy), Rev. Benjamin Brown (Julia), Andrew Young (Gloria); Eight sister in laws; Almen Allen, Zeldia Profit, Shelly Prophet, Mable McKnight, Patsy Covington, Prophetess Dorthea Johnson, Julie Brown and Gloria Young. He's also survived by 25 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Special friends Reginald and Victoreen Robertson, Dennis and Jannifer Green, Vernell Barber Neff, Willie Lee Bell, Charles Bell (Smoky), Michael Paul, Tawanda Glasper,. Honorary son, Jerome Prater (Lobo).

Dore was preceded in death by his wife Lucille J Profet, parents Isiah and Phyllis Profit. Six sisters and six brothers. Two children; Robert Earl Johnson and Grace Profet Wyre, and great granddaughter Trinity Judson.

Dore will be greatly missed. Please continue to uplift his family in prayer.
