David Troy Hamilton Sr., 43, of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on July 14th, 2025. A beloved husband, father, and lifelong barber, David Troy will be remembered for his big heart, love for family, and passion for sports. He is survived by his wife, Trenika Hamilton; children, Daviyahanna, Daviyah, David Jr., Destiny, and Lyrical; and a host of family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on July 25, 2025, at Rose Hill Church, 3213 Groom Rd, Baker, LA. Viewing at 9 AM, service at 11 AM. The family extends special thanks to Dr. Kendra Harris and Dr. David Morrison for their compassionate care throughout David Troy's cancer journey.
