Carl J. Hawkins passed away on July 5, 2022. He was a native and resident of Baton Rouge. He was 71 years old; born on 10/29/1950 to the union of Jessie L. Hawkins and Theresa Victorian Hawkins. He graduated from Capitol High School, Class of 1969. He also attended Southern University. He served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. Carl leaves to mourn one daughter Kathy Johnson, 5 grandchildren 3 great grandchildren, 3 brothers and a host of relatives and friends. Viewing will be Saturday July 16, 2022 at Saintsville COGIC 8930 Plank Road, beginning at 11:00 am followed by Funeral Services at 12:00 noon.
